Available in 8, 12, and 16 Oz. Sourced from a small farm in San Cristobal. This Organic Chiapas coffee employs IoT sensors to monitor soil and environmental conditions, ensuring precise irrigation and optimal growing conditions for their coffee plants.
Our story
A few years ago my wife and I came up with the idea to start a small business within Cape Girardeau called Coffee & Computers, our two favorite things.
My wife and I are obsessed with all things coffee and I have many years of experience working with computers. My background includes years of working in Information Technology and Cyber Security. Coffee and Computers is something I am passionate about and hope to service all of Cape Girardeau and the surrounding areas.
Our dream is to include both of these concepts and open up our very own Cyber Café but for right now inspiring to roast the best coffee we can!

Our Coffee
We work with coffee distributors who source sustainably from small coffee farms throughout the world. Most have tech inspired stories surrounding their coffee to validate authenticity and continue to produce the best coffee they can.
I myself look for coffee that is of the highest quality to provide that for my customers. I do several cuppings to ensure the best utmost quality when bagging and as my little sign says above in the “About me” section. “I take my coffee very seriously!”
As we expand, I am going to look to start sourcing direct from the farms to continue collaboration for small farms and get unique specialty coffee out for the world to see!
