Coffee built like a system.

Coffee & Computers started with two favorite things and turned into a real brand: good coffee, clean workflow, convention energy, and a mindset that everything should just work — even when the line gets long.

Built out of Cape Girardeau, this is where roasting, events, and a background in IT and cybersecurity all come together. Right now, it is about making great coffee and showing up where it matters.

Where to find us

Usually under a tent at Cape Con or Cape Anime, behind espresso drinks, good coffee, and a setup built to keep moving without losing the human side of it.

The coffee part

We work with distributors sourcing sustainably from small farms around the world. The standard is simple: our coffee is only as good as the beans we use.

The roasting part

Multiple cuppings, careful selection, and constant iteration. The tech angle is real, but the goal is still the same: roast coffee that tastes great and feels worth serving.

The Computers part

Built by someone with years in IT and cybersecurity, Coffee & Computers carries a systems-first mindset. Good process, thoughtful setup, and less chaos when things get busy…

Started by a husband and wife with a love for both coffee.

What began as a small business idea in Cape Girardeau became a way to blend specialty coffee, event culture, and a builder mentality into something memorable. It is intentionally simple online, but very much active in real life.
